By accessing or using Arjun Recharge services, you agree to be bound by these terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a retailer/distributor or using Arjun Recharge platform for mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payments or any other services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all retailers, distributors, API users and visitors of the platform.
2. Services Provided
Arjun Recharge provides B2B services including:
- Prepaid & Postpaid Mobile Recharge (all operators)
- DTH Recharge (Tata Play, Airtel DTH, Dish TV, Sun Direct, etc.)
- Utility Bill Payments (Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband, FASTag)
- White Label Portal & API Integration
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Registration & Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Immediate notification of any unauthorized use
Important
We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
4. Transactions & Refund Policy
All successful recharges are final and non-refundable as per operator policy.
- Failed transactions are refunded to wallet instantly
- Wrong number/DTH ID recharges are not eligible for refund
- Refund processing time: 24-48 hours for bank transfers
5. Commission & Settlement
Commission rates are displayed in your dashboard and subject to change with prior notice.
- Daily automatic settlement to registered bank account
- Minimum settlement amount: ₹100
- No charges on settlements
- Commission subject to applicable taxes

Arjun Recharge shall not be liable for:
- Service downtime due to operator/maintenance issues
- Failed transactions due to incorrect details
- Any indirect or consequential losses
8. Privacy & Data
Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share transaction or personal data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Major changes will be notified via email/dashboard notification.
